We want you to love your items, but ask that you please have any returns postmarked within 30 days of receipt.  If 30 days have gone by since receiving your item(s) and you haven't gone to our Return Portal and shipped it back yet unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To start the process please read the policies below, then go to our Return Portal in our Footer Menu.

  • Depending on your reason for return, we may email you a prepaid shipping label to use or you may be responsible for paying for and shipping your item back.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • To be eligible for a return they will need to be in the original condition and packaging, unused and have no signs of wear.
  • Please try on corsets and such with a tank top or tee as to not get deodorant and lotions on them.  Any items returned with evidence of wear such as lotion, deodorant, pet hair, makeup, or smells from perfume and or smoke etc. will be refused and returned at YOUR expense.  
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and have such listed in the product descriptions.   
    Hats & Wigs
    • Since we do not accept returns from products that are intimate or sanitary in nature items in this collection are NOT able to be returned. 
    • Shipping errors or defects in merchandise however will be handled and corrected promptly. Please contact us through our return portal within 24 hours of receipt of your items in this case.
    Lingerie & Hosiery Collection
    • Since we do not accept returns from products that are intimate or sanitary in nature items in this collection are NOT able to be returned.  
    • Please confirm the sizing details before ordering.
    • Shipping errors or defects in merchandise however will be handled and corrected promptly.  Please contact us through our return portal within 24 hours of receipt of your items in this case.

    Costumes

    • We will happily accept returns from items in this collection but please don't return any costumes you have worn.  If they have any signs of wear they will be denied and returned to you at your cost. 
    • Shipping errors or defects in merchandise however will be handled and corrected promptly.  Please contact us through our return portal within 24 hours of receipt of your items in this case.
    Shoes and Boots
    • We understand that it can be tough to get sizing right when ordering footwear without trying it on first.  We offer sizing information with all our items so please use the information supplied rather than just ordering the size you believe you wear.  If you still find that the fit isn't quite right we will happily accept the shoe or boot back. 
    • To be able to return footwear it must be unworn and in the original packaging.
    • Please try on your shoes while on carpet or a rug to prevent the soles from getting scratched.   Shoes with any signs of wear will be returned to you.
    • Shoes that are returnable but not not in their original packaging, or arrive with their box damaged, will be charged $15.  This will be deducted from your return amount.
    • Please do not apply tape or labels to the shoe box.  To resend, please wrap it in shipping paper or place it in another shipping box.  

    Marked Down and Final Sale Items

    • Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.  Some other items are not able to be returned but that will be listed in the product description of those items.
    Gifts
    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
      Amazon Affiliate Items
      • Theses items will have their own Return, Exchange & Refund policy and you can see that once you click the View on Amazon button in their product description.
      Refunds
      • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
      Late or missing refunds 
      • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

        Exchanges 
        •  If you'd like to exchange an item just return it and reorder the replacement.
